CLASS DESCRIPTION
If you haven’t or have experienced Pilates equipment work this is your opportunity to understand, reconnect and feel the incredible work. OR if interested in Pilates small group equipment classes this is required before attending the class.

Mat pilates, stretch, specialty Class (60 min.)
(fascial release, towel work, fitness)
CLASS DESCRIPTION
A group low, impact Class. ideal for beginners to advanced students. The class incorporates all the fundamental principles of Pilates, such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement, and flexibility. The class is led by a certified instructor.
These 60min classes focus on Pilates exercises with a contemporary approach using a variety of props to create more resistance and challenge. You will start improving core strength, flexibility, muscular balance, bone density, heart and lung function, prevent injury, and improve sport/activity performance and mental health.
Virtual Live Streamline – you will receive an email with Zoom link the day of class.
Note- Props may include light weights, bands, ball or circle.

Springboard Tower Group Equipment (60 min.)
CLASS DESCRIPTION
A maximum of six people in a class.
This is a 60-minute class that uses Springboard Pilates Tower, which provides a full-body workout using the spring resistance, push through barre, roll down barre, and ballet barre. Props are used to enhance and challenge exercises. The tower class is not included in the mat Pilates class card.

Duet Equipment sessions (60 min.)
CLASS DESCRIPTION
You, a friend , family member or we can find a partner for you will be able to work together without sacrificing all of the benefits of a one-on-one session. This is a perfect option if you and your duet partner are working on similar goals or have a synched-up training schedule.
Private Equipment sessions (60 min.)
CLASS DESCRIPTION
You will work your strengths while assessing any injuries or limitations and have opportunities to focus on specific goals in a private session.
We will really get a feel for your body movement patterns and develop strategies to challenge you and keep you progressing.
VIRTUAL PILATES SESSIONS
There are times when you cannot make it into the studio.
We are here to support you while you are away.
