A 60-minute class that uses Springboard Pilates Tower or Reformer, which provides a full-body workout using the spring resistance, additional equipment such as, the box, jump board, Exo Chair, or Platform. Props are used to enhance and challenge exercises. The tower/Reformer classes is not included in the mat Pilates class card.
