CLASS DESCRIPTION
If you haven’t experienced Pilates equipment work, these three sessions offers the perfect opportunity to understand, reconnect, and feel the incredible impact. It’s also required for those interested in Pilates small group equipment classes.

Group Equipment Classes (60 min.)
CLASS DESCRIPTION
A 60-minute class that uses Springboard Pilates Tower or Reformer, which provides a full-body workout using the spring resistance, additional equipment such as, the box, jump board, Exo Chair, or Platform. Props are used to enhance and challenge exercises. The tower/Reformer classes is not included in the mat Pilates class card.

SPECIALTY CLASSES
Personal Training Small Group Strength and Conditioning Class
Join Personal Trainer Justin Dantine for a 60-minute Strength and Conditioning class. This class includes a wide range of exercises designed to enhance various skills, with an emphasis on mental focus, mobility, stability, muscle strength, and overall body connectivity.
Mat Pilates, taught by Wendy Ellis
This 60min class focuses on Pilates exercises with a contemporary approach using a variety of props to create more resistance and challenge. You will start improving core strength, flexibility, muscular balance, bone density, heart and lung function, prevent injury, and improve sport/activity performance and mental health.
Chair Yoga
Improve flexibility and strengthen your body with Chair Yoga, a gentle and accessible form of yoga that can be done seated or using a chair for balance. Perfect for anyone with limited range of motion due to injuries or physical limitations.
Stretch and Myofascial Release
Stretch and Myofascial Release utilizes various props like balls and foam rollers to effectively elongate tight muscles, while simultaneously promoting the release of tension in the fascia. By creating increased space within the muscular system, this class fosters a state of relaxation and encourages the development of longer, more supple muscles.
Yo Massage, taught by Sheila and Anton Loos
Come Experience restorative yoga with therapeutic hands-on touch from Sheila and Anton. This is a time to focus on conscious rest to notice where you are at both physically and emotionally. You will walk away relaxed and with a better understanding of why rest is so important for your body, mind and spirit.
Private Equipment sessions (60 min.)
CLASS DESCRIPTION
In private sessions, you will have the chance to work on your strengths while also taking into consideration any injuries or limitations you may have. You will have the opportunity to focus on specific fitness goals during your private session. We will analyze your body movement patterns and create strategies to challenge you and help you continue to make progress.
Duet Equipment sessions (60 min.)
CLASS DESCRIPTION
You, a friend, family member, or we can find a partner for you, will be able to work together without sacrificing all the benefits of a one-on-one session. This is a perfect option if you and your duet partner are working on similar goals or have a synchronized training schedule.
