Wendy Ellis
Owner/Professional Dancer/Adjunct Dance Professor/ Certified Pilates Instructor /Movement Specialist
My movement journey started on my dance journey at a young age, dedicating 30 years to a successful career as a professional dancer. Alongside earning a BA and MFA in Dance, I also obtained an Advanced Pilates Certification along with biomechanic studies. Motivated by the transformative power of movement, I pursued additional certifications in various modalities.
The establishment of Studio Kinetics, my Pilates and dance business, has provided a platform to impart my extensive knowledge and expertise to clients of all ages and skill levels. My mission is to foster personal mind-body awareness and underscore the significance of exercise, correct form, and function to reshape and optimize movement patterns for a healthy, injury-free body capable of peak performance.
My tailored Pilates programs have played a pivotal role in facilitating recovery and healing for numerous clients recuperating from knee and back surgeries/fusions, and grappling with physical ailments, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, breast cancer, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease.
Kimberly Norton
With over a decade of experience in guiding clients toward strength, flexibility, and overall wellness, Kimberly Norton is a dedicated and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. Combining a deep passion for movement with a thorough understanding of anatomy and alignment, Kimberly creates personalized programs that meet the unique needs of each client, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Jennifer Bondi
Balanced Body Pilates Teacher | ACE Certified Personal Trainer | Gait Specialist | Health & Life Coach
With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Jennifer Bondi is a dedicated and knowledgeable fitness professional. As a Balanced Body Pilates teacher, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and Gait Specialist through Gait Happens, Jennifer takes a holistic approach to movement and wellness. She is also a certified Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, helping clients achieve their personal and fitness goals with personalized guidance and support.
Jennifer enjoys building meaningful connections with her clients and takes pride in helping them move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer loves spending time in nature, relaxing with her husband, and playing with their Bernedoodle, Winston. Recently, Jennifer has embraced the joys of being an empty nester, finding new ways to enjoy life’s next chapter.
Justin Daltine
Certified by the National Association of Science and Medicine (NASM), specializing in Hypertrophy training, HIIT, injury prevention, performance optimization, muscular/ cardiovascular endurance, and functional fitness. With expertise in strength training and tailored exercise programs, Justin is dedicated to helping individuals achieve peak physical performance while minimizing the risk of injury.
